This sublime and cozy modern apartment is divided into three
fundamental areas, in an open space regime, which will provide the greatest comfort and well-being, based on straight and elegant lines.
Living Room
Lighting of Luxxu
As soon as we enter the house, we are faced with the majestic kitchen, covered in white and marble tones, with Moka Counter Stool, by Caffe Latte, as a true statement piece, next to the kitchen island. In addition, Liberty Small Pendant, from Luxxu, appears as a great and sophisticated complement of light.
Large and spacious, the dining room is the ideal example of minimalism and functionality, with a slight touch of luxury to the mix, given by the magnificent Luxxu lighting pieces, such as the imposing Babel Snooker Suspension, or the discreet, but still irreverent Skyline Wall Lamp.
The nature-inspired shades expand in the center, helped by the trendy biophilic design that surrounds the ambiance, with Ezra Dining Table, from Essential Home, appearing as a soft mid-century inspiration, and Moka Dining Chair, by Caffe Latte, as a guarantee of a simple and comfortable seat.
There is also a restricted area exclusively dedicated to tidying and organizing the home, in which the presence of Sulu Sideboard, from Caffe Latte, and Apache Table Lamp, by Brabbu, entirely in neutral and walnut tones, is evident.
As for the main area of the flat, the living room is more conventional, presenting itself in a typical modern classic style, without ever failing to comply with the principle of functionality and well-being that should guide any interior. Through a curvilinear design, Odette Sofa, from Boca do Lobo, delivers elegance and pure relaxation, along with Demitasse Armchair, by Caffe Latte, in a minimalist and unique design. In terms of tables, the focus is mainly on the use of wood and marble, which highlights the quality and richness of Minas Small Center Table or Cutty Side Table, from Caffe Latte, as well as Philip Side Table, designed by Essential Home.

Una delle più famose capitali del design, nel cuore della Lombardia, è lieta di ricevere il pezzo contemporaneo e sofisticato concepito da Ashley Gadeova, per Caffe Latte e Covet House.
Questo sublime e accogliente appartamento moderno è suddiviso in tre aree fondamentali in regime di open space e grazie alle linee rette ed eleganti, offrirà il massimo comfort e benessere.
Appena entrati in casa, ci troviamo di fronte alla maestosa cucina, rivestita di tonalità bianche e marmoree, con lo sgabello da banco Moka, di Caffe Latte, come vero pezzo forte, posto accanto all'isola della cucina. Inoltre, Liberty Small Pendant, di Luxxu, appare come un grande e sofisticato complemento di luce.
Ampia e spaziosa, la sala da pranzo è l'esempio ideale di minimalismo e funzionalità, con un leggero tocco di lusso dato dai magnifici pezzi di illuminazione Luxxu, come l'imponente sospensione Babel Snooker o la discreta, ma sempre irriverente, Skyline Wall Lamp.
